Visit the site CEPTAM and when site will open you can follow the instructions which is following :–

 

(1) Type Application Number in the first box.

(2) Type Password or Date of birth. Date of birth should be in DD-MM-YYYY format.

(3) Type captcha for verification. After this click on Login .

Some important lines :

(1) Application Number :-  When you applied, you received applicationno. in E-mail and SMS and same will mark in application receipt form also.

(2) Date of birth :-  If your data of birth is 17 january 2001 then it will be 17.01.2001.

(3) Captcha for verification :- Some alphabet and numerical numbers will appear on screen. Type correctly.

आजकल सिटी में या उसके पास प्रॉपर्टी का रेट इतना ज्यादा हो गया है कि मिडिल क्लास पर्सन फ्लैट की भारी भरकम ईएमआई

में फंसना नहीं चाहता है| वह सिटी या शहर से बाहर  प्लॉट लेकर घर बनाना चाहता है। ये प्लॉट और घर दोनो बजट में आते हैं

और इसके लिए ज्यादा कर्ज का झंझट भी नहीं होता| इस पोस्ट में हम देखेंगे 960 Sq Feet हाउस के लिए सारे प्लान में से कौन सा प्लान

हाउस डिजाइन करने के लिए इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं और वो भी आपकी अपनी भाषा में।

Plan name :    24 Feet X 40 Feet House design Plan (960 Sq Feet-106 Gaj or 106 Yard House Plan)

इस प्लान में  हम 3 Room बना सकते हैं। अभी हमारे पास 24X40 डायमेंशन का प्लॉट है जिस में 24 फीट चौड़ाई है और 40 फीट लंबाई है। यह 960 स्क्वायर फीट का प्लॉट है या हम 106 गज का प्लॉट भी कह सकते हैं|

पहले प्लान देखे-

कमरे का आकार क्रम से है :-

1- पहला बेडरूम 10.5 फीट लंबाई और 10.5 फीट चौड़ाई का होगा।

2- दूसरा बेडरूम 10 फीट लंबाई और 10 फीट चौड़ाई का होगा।

3- तीसरा बेडरूम भी 12 फीट लंबाई और 11 फीट चौड़ाई का होगा।

4-घर में प्रवेश पहले हाल में होगी जो कि 12.6 फीट लंबाई और 14.6 फीट चौड़ाई का होगा।।

5-बाथरूम और टॉयलेट के लिए हमने 8 फीट लंबाई और 4.6 फीट चौड़ाई दिया है।

6- एक छोटा वॉशरूम पहले हॉल में 4 फीट लंबाई और 4 फीट चौड़ाई का दिया गया है।

7-  किचन 5 फीट चौड़ाई और 7.6 फीट लंबाई का होगा।

Note :- किचन की छत को स्टोरेज के रूप में भी प्रयोग कर सकते हैं अगर इसको 8 फीट या 9 फीट की ऊंचाई पर रखे।

8- सीढ़ी को हमने Entry Gate के पास में दिया है जहां से टर्न लेकर ये रूफ पर चली जाएगी।

9- आंगन की छत में OTS या शाफ्ट   दिया गया है।

10- आंगन में घर के परिवार के लोग एक जगह बैठ सकते हैं और आंगन वेंटिलेशन के लिए इस्तेमाल करेंगे।

11- वॉश बेसिन दोनों हाल में दिया गया गया है।

इस प्लान में  हम 4 Room बना सकते हैं। अभी हमारे पास 40X35 डायमेंशन का प्लॉट है जिस में 40 फीट चौड़ाई है और 35 फीट लंबाई है। यह 1400 स्क्वायर फीट का प्लॉट है या हम 155 गज का प्लॉट भी कह सकते हैं|

पहले प्लान देखे-
